We are delighted to announce the arrival of David Creuzet as the new Head Chef at the Plum Brasserie Restaurant.
David started his chef career at the age of 14. He formally trained at the Centre de Formation Adolphe Chauvin near Paris, and has worked and trained under some of France’s most influential chefs in the French Capital.
More recently he has joined us from the well respected AA Rosette restaurant
‘Café de Paris’ In Guildford, where under his direction the Restaurant built a strong reputation and was awarded the accolade of ‘Best European Restaurant in Guildford and Woking’ against stiff opposition.
I am sure that you will thoroughly enjoy putting the teams, and David’s culinary skills to the test!
I am very pleased to join the Plum team. I know that the restaurant already has a strong local reputation in Farnham and beyond, and I am keen to develop the menu to build our following whilst offering something to enjoy for our regular clientele. I love the fusion of simple English dishes with French style. I would describe the approach I have developed through my experience as similar to that of Jean-Cristophe Novelli and Gordon Ramsey, and use a hint of their inspiration in my food.
I have an excellent team to support me here, and we look forward to providing you with high quality food for you to enjoy. I believe it is important to know what our customers think so you will see me out in the restaurant asking your opinion. If you have any comments or ideas please let me know!
Bon Appetit
David Creuzet
